Contrary to reports that Vice President Retired General Dr Constantino Chiwenga is holed up at a hospital in Cape Town South Africa, a photo has surfaced online posted by ZBC Twitter handled showing him attending a Cabinet meeting on Tuesday.
There has been speculation that Chiwenga was airlifted to South Africa last week after his health condition became severe.
On Monday members of Tajamuka staged a protest at UCT Hospital calling for Chiwenga to be sent back to Zimbabwe.
The Western Cape government later issued a statement denying that Chiwenga was being treated there. byo24
