President Emmerson Mnangagwa this week secretly dispatched his right-hand man Christopher Mutsvangwa to Zambian President Edgar Lungu to deliver a yet to be established “special message.”
The Zambian State House Press Office revealed in a Facebook post on Tuesday that Lungu hosted Mutsvangwa at the State House with the special message.
Mutsvangwa, who this week disclosed that he had just recovered from an unspecified surgery, is also Chairperson of the Zimbabwe National Liberation War Veterans Association.
